Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) is holding SMC Customers' Day Saturday at Wisma Sanyan here.

Members of the public will be able to meet councillors and various section heads at different time slot at the event from 10.30am onwards to address their complaint or inquiry.

The council's one stop customer service counters would also be operated until 3.30pm to enable the public to check their assessment bill, SMC said in a statement here.

SMC chairman Datuk Tiong Thai King will launch the event aimed at building closer rapport with the public and create better understanding among them on the council's operation.
